For the past 12 months we’ve been planning, preparing, communicating and training for a core system conversion to make it easier for you to manage your money and to put us in the position to offer you greater technology options now and for years to come.
Over the weekend of June 1st, with minimal downtime for our members, we converted our significant data successfully and securely to our new system. We have had amazing results in accuracy of all account data converting correctly and member products and services remaining available and stable. Throughout the weekend our debit and credit cards and ATMs were available and working. We then opened both our online and physical branches ahead of schedule to get back to serving our members.
In an absolutely phenomenal re-enrollment rate, in only three days, more than 30,000 members successfully logged in to Online Branch using the instructions provided by mail, email, web page guides and employee assistance.
We know our members are accustomed to and deserve prompt service, and we are taking steps to assist members as efficiently as possible. In preparation for the technology upgrade, we added 10 contact center representatives and 50 phone lines, and we have continued to adapt to communication needs by emailing and posting additional information and by distributing response authority to more employees. We apologize for the extended wait times you may have experienced.
In the interest of helping members and insuring that all information posted on our website is accurate, we have removed the comment function at this time. We will email members who posted comments that were not addressed in our previous responses.

A very special thank you to the Cottage Grove Rd Summit Credit Union, I went in there hyperventilating over the new system, and a wonderful man BRIAN, sad down with me immediately and helped me log right in!Big Breaths.. I"m no longer upset.. I can handle a new system, but believe it is not fair to the customer not to tell us who JACK HENRY is! We need to know what the deal is. Certainly there are corporate people reading these. Ignoring your clients is not professionalism.
Even Brian at CGRoad did not know who Jack Henry was!

New iPhone app
I use the iPhone app almost daily. I just logged in for the first time after the update. The new version stinks. All I can do is view my balance and transfer. I used to be able to look up the phone numbers and hours of business of local branches. Is this app going to be updated again soon?
