ITS YOUR MONEY!!!
I have had loans though summit for 8 years, in past year I had my insurance dropped without my knowledge. I got insurance as soon as I found out. Summit agreed to have couple months without be paid and rest waived. Well I guess they forgot to put this in system cause 6 months later every payment I made is a month late. even though record show I paid every month and now I owe an extra 500 bucks.
