Helpful tips: New Online Branch
We are experiencing a very high call volume and are assisting members as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. In the meantime, following is some information that has been helpful to other members:Logging into the new Online Branch: You can review and download all the information needed to access the new Online Branch by logging into the old Online Branch. To access the old Online Branch, please visit: https://vault.summitcreditunion.com and log in using your password for the old Online Branch system. Once logged in, you can download the guides and information needed for logging into the new system.
An important note when logging in to the new Online Branch: After you enter your initial Online Branch ID (your account number), you will be prompted to enter your Online Branch Password. Use the password we sent you (also located in the guide referred to above). When prompted to Change your Online Branch Password, enter this same password as your Current Password, not your password from the old Online Branch.
If you changed your Online Branch Password and changed your Online Branch ID and got an invalid message when you clicked continue, your new Online Branch ID was likely saved and the problem is with the password.
Start over at the Login to Online Branch page.
Use the new Online Branch ID you just created and click submit.
You will be prompted to enter your Online Branch Password. Enter the number we sent you (also located in the guide referred to above).
You will arrive at the Change your Online Branch Password screen again.
Use the number we sent you here, not your password from the old Online Branch.
If you are having trouble getting past the Online Agreement page, remember to click the “I agree” button at the far right bottom of the page before clicking “Accept”.
Bill Payer: You do not need to set-up your Bill Payer information again. There is no change to Bill Payer except the separate login. When accessing Bill Payer, be sure you click on "Sign In" after you enter your account information rather than "Enroll Me".
Access to multiple accounts is available in the new Online Branch for members who own or are joint owners on multiple accounts. If you currently have access to several account numbers through one Online Branch login, you need to stop by a branch or call us to set up access again. We have new options available we can set for you.
Thank you for your patience. We value your membership.
